Rozum Robotics at Innoprom 2019

July 8—11 Rozum Robotics team participated in Innoprom 2019 show.

INNOPROM is the main industrial, trade and export platform in Eastern Europe. INNOPROM serves as a platform where the foundations of industrial policy are laid. About 80% of the exhibition visitors are professional buyers from around the world, specialists from industrial enterprises, who make decisions about the introduction of new products and technologies in the production.

During the event our team has presented an expo-version of Robotics Barista.

The solution is based on robotic-arm PULSE. The arm works in conjunction with professional coffee-brewing equipment Nuova Simonelli. To train the robot to brew coffee, the prize-winner of European Coffee Contest Denis Obodets was invited.

The robotic arm has been carefully trained to brew coffee the way a professional barista does. The arm rigorously repeats the movements of a barista, following the best practices of coffee-making. Current menu list includes 6 drinks: espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, americano with milk, flat white.

The Robotic Barista arose great interest among the audience. In the months to come, the solution under brand name R/CAFE, designed in cooperation with Fedets Family Bakery, will become available for public use on a franchise basis. Early pre-orders at more favourable conditions are accepted.
