The training cell RozumLab based on the collaborative robot PULSE is a ready solution for schools, universities, and company training facilities.

Numerous companies would like to automate with robots immediately, but there are many stop-factors. For example, the lack of professional and experienced personnel in the domestic labor market. Robotics specialists have an insufficient level of knowledge, and, critically, lack practical experience of integrating robots and their maintenance.

Rozum Robotics offers a plug and play solution for efficient robotics education facilities. RozumLab covers the 90% of processes that take place in real production. This allows students to acquire relevant skills in using cobots. RozumLab learning programs are built not on the principle of "what the robot can do", but on the principle of "what the business and the employer need."

The training cell by Rozum Robotics was developed based on the cobots created in-house. All components are certified.

Ready learning program:

The standard program is developed for 14 weeks. Due to the versatility of components and ease of programming, the list of laboratories can be quickly supplemented and expanded.

Modern equipment:

Collaborative robots are used in businesses all around the world. The training cell by Rozum Robotics was developed based on the cobots created in-house. All components are certified.

No limits:

Thanks to the open API, it’s possible to update teaching materials regularly. Program cobots without limits, as there is a wide variety of languages and settings.

Fair price:

The price of our training cell is 15% — 20% lower than the cost of similar solutions on the market. The cost of each training cell includes 12 months warranty, support, and training.

Aluminum mobile frame with a locking system.

End-effector with integrated force and position sensors. Flexible, easy to configure.

Light column SE XVMB2R6AGSSB — the most popular configuration with an audio signal.
5. Set of sensors and buttons
Fast providing of information about the position of objects and safety control of the cell.
6. Training conveyor
1m training conveyor based on RDrive 60 motors allows to work with real production scenarios (like pick and place, sorting, etc.).
7. Accessories
One laptop (Core i5, 8Gb RAM, 500 Gb), access point, and 6-port extension.
8. Prepared learning program
A course of 12 labs provides students with the theoretical and practical knowledge in robotics required in modern industries. The program was developed by leading Belarusian universities and Rozum Robotics company. It’s a unique merge of many years of educational and practical experiences in robotics.
