Hey, you, Support Engineer!
Rozum Robotics is ready to get you on board and will be happy to get acquainted. Your will be providing technical support to our customers and partners all over the globe.
You will be dealing with:
- Delivering technical support with servomotors and robotic arms for Rozum Robotics customers;
- Establishing the initial contact and provide support by Skype, e-mail, and remote connection to customer systems;
- Responding to customer enquiries by diagnosing issues and providing the most appropriate technical solutions, or escalating to the necessary specialist
- Maintaining knowledge database by logging case notes, correspondence, solutions, documents, and other records.
What we are looking for?
- Technical background is a must;
- Perfect written English is a must too;
- Attention to details and strong problem solving skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed, and adjust to changing schedules;
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Well spoken English;
- Practical experience in Technical support or related fields
- Simple software development skills (C or Python)
