Responsibilities:

  • Development of the company’s sales strategy on the Russian and international markets
  • Building up companies’ sales
  • Organizing sales of the company’s products and services

Experience in:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and the company’s budget
  • Development of the company’s commercial strategy
  • Development of the optimal promotion strategy based on market segmentation and customer interests
  • Defining sales channels
  • Developing the algorithm of the sales process
  • Deep knowledge of the customer base and personal work with key customers
  • Work with the company’s suppliers
  • Formation of pricing and discount policies
  • Coordination of marketing activities
  • Development and management of customer relationship policies
  • Ensuring company’s participation in tenders

Education and necessary work experience:

  • Degree in finances and economics and/or technical education
  • Further business education will be an advantage
  • 5+ years experience in sales of robotic equipment
  • Experience of the sales management of a growing organization (startup) will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
